DAY 1

Day 1 – Sunday 12/7


0. Scale & Body Check

  • Morning weight: Not weighing this morning (see below) 

  • Bloat / cycle notes: Currently cramping a lot. I'm on cycle day 20 of 25 (6 days from period). 

  • How my body felt in clothes today (1 sentence): Bloated but not horrible. Haven't got "118" from yesterday out of my head though, so it impacts how I see the way my clothes fit.


1. Routine / Stability

  • Wake time: 9:30AM

  • Bedtime: 2:00AM - Woke up a bunch and ate candy. Sleepover at Brittney's. I'm not going to beat myself up over it because today is day 1! B

    * Bedtime tonight was 11:30?

  • Today feels: Sleepy. A Little rushed.

  • One sentence why: I think staying up so late and eating sugar last night. Also drank Friday and was hungover yesterday - which impacts my overall mood. It ramps up my depression/anxiety/awkwardness and I get very serious. Lack of sleep too and not eating much the night before.


2. Food – Me + Stella

  • Me: 3 real meals? It's lunchtime right now. I haven't eaten breakfast or lunch... I'm going to make Stella meal right after this. I think I need to figure out during the day food outside of protein shakes (I'm out).

  • Protein: close to 100g? Not even.

  • Stella: did she get real meals with some protein + produce? What did she actually eat (roughly)? So far she's had waffles. Will come back and update.

    She had a piece of pizza, Burger King meal, cake. Also, same. But minimal amount.


3. Body Work – 108 + Muscle (Plan vs Reality)

  • Plan for today: Stationary bike/prep for week. I had no other plans and honestly didn't even want to do this.

  • What I actually did:

    • Cardio: In Progress

    • Strength: exercises + sets/reps (even roughly: “3x10 squats, 3x12 RDLs, 3x12 hip thrusts”)

  • Intensity: low 

  • Did today move me closer to 108, further, or neutral? Why? Neutral because of last nights food. 


4. Future Body Fund (Money)

  • Did I add to my Hot Body Fund today? Yes, I worked out. Ordered protein shakes and set myself up for success this week by signing up for meal prep.

  • Note: Skipped takeout.


5. One “Hotter Me” Choice

  • Cycled even though I was tired and had a kids bday party to go to in the evening.
